Alfred was my uncle and he would be in Virginia each year to bring his wife to see her Mother. This was a good man to do this. We always looked for them and we came to see them some too. Miss my aunt Tenny so much. Now both are together again. I pray we all stay in touch. God has his angle with him. He is happy now. Going to miss him.

Alfred and his parents, Corrie and Ellen Reppond lived near us when I was a teenager growing up in the Marion-Dean Community. I remember when he joined the military, how excited his parents were when they received letters from him. He was so loved by his nieces, they have been very devoted to him, especially in recent years of failing health. Alfred will be missed by his family as well as his Dean Baptist Church family, where he was a devoted member. Prayers and sympathy to you, Judy, Connie, Pearl and Amelia
