Heaven gained the most sweet, loving, and beautiful angel on the morning of December 6, 2020 when Addie Faye Hill went to be with Jesus. She was born on January 7, 1945 to the union of Batheon and Ruby Free. She married Joel Hill and they started their small family with the birth of twins Carmon and Sharmon. She loved her granddaughter Austyn so very much. Kenny and PeeWee and very special niece Sherri were her other “children” and she loved them as her very own. Miss Bea, her loyal canine companion, gave her so much joy. Her family was her world.
The only thing she ever wanted in life was for her family to be happy. She was truly the sweetest and kindest soul and would do anything for anybody.
Her happiest times were spent with her family. She loved her vacations. She often talked about the trips to the Grand Canyon, the Rockies, and Yellowstone, but her special place was the Smoky Mountains with her family. There were so many girl trips and family trip. When life wouldn’t allow for a full vacation, she would load up with her girls and go to south Louisiana. She loved the holidays, and Christmas time was her favorite. Her last Christmas was spent in a little cabin in the Tennessee mountains, and she absolutely adored that little Charlie Brown Christmas tree that we cut from a mountain side.
She sacrificed a lot for the ones dear to her. Through all the physical pain from so many illnesses, she never once complained. She was grateful for the life she had. But her body grew tired, and her life on Earth ended. We know that she is happy and pain free with her momma and daddy, her beloved husband, and sister and best friend Margie in a place where she will forever watch over her little family.
Her last selfless wish was for this time to be as easy on her family as possible. She requested no visitation and no service.
Until we meet again…
