Bill was born on January 9, 1931 in Philadelphia, MS. He is preceded in death by his mother and step-father, Helen and John Vorhaben.Bill graduated from high school in 1949 and entered the U. S. Air Force in 1952. He graduated from Mississippi State University in 1955. His work life was with Crawford and Company where he became manager, retiring in 1987.There will be graveside services at 11:00 AM, Saturday, February 8, 2014 at Lakewood Memorial Park in Jackson, MS under the direction of Kilpatrick Funeral Home of Monroe, LA.He is survived by his wife, Frances; 4 children, Karen, Beth, Mark and Todd, their spouses and families.In lieu of flowers make donations to Shriners Hospital in Shreveport, LA.
